Refund & Cancellations

  1. You can make donations using a number of payment methods such as credit card, debit card, cheque or netbanking. All the online donations are processed by our payment gateway service provider CCAvenue.
  2. All donations made through the DWARAKAMAI SEVA TRUST are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact the Trust immediately if there are justifying reasons or circumstances for refund and your case may be reviewed on a best effort basis and decision of the Trust will be final.
  3. If multiple transactions are found in a single day from the same source of same amount then a refund can be considered (barring the first and the original transaction) on the grounds of a duplicate transaction. In such cases, the Trust will review and decision made by the Trust will be final.
  4. You will receive an email confirming your donation to the cause. This is the final confirmation of your donation. If you do not receive an e-mail within 48 hours, please contact us at trustdwarakamaiseva@gmail.com immediately.
  5. DWARAKAMAI SEVA TRUST reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the donation facility without any notice.
