Welcome to DWARAKAMAI SEVA TRUST. It is a registered non-profit organization (registration no. ) working for the elderly who are homeless to improve their quality of life.

These Terms and Conditions govern each use of the donation payment services provided through the website. Before using this website, you must carefully read, understand, accept and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions under this section.

The Trust reserves the right to revise, amend or modify the policy entailed in this section at any time and in any manner as it may deem fit. Any change or revision so effected will be posted online. It is therefore important that you review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are updated of any changes.

  1. Every donor will get Tax Exemption under u/s 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961.
  2. Within 30 days of making a donation, the donor will receive the Tax Benefit Receipt for their donation.
  3. The donor agrees to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
  4. This site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos regarding or relating to DWARAKAMAI SEVA TRUST are provided "as is" without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied. In no event will DWARAKAMAI SEVA TRUST be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the site, whether in contract or in negligence.
